Kristi's 26th Birthday Cake

Our great friend Kristi is turning 26 this week and she's coming to our house for dinner before she heads back home to California. We don't get to see her as often as we'd like so I made her a special red velvet cake with cream cheese and pecan filling... hope she loves it :)
